Pre-payment Packs

 

A pre-payment pack is great way of making it as affordable as possible to get the care you need. You can choose from the following options:

  • £360

    (£45 per visit; PAYG Rate £48)

  • £498

    (£41.50 per visit; PAYG Rate £48)

  • Can be shared by a family; or good for those who find a maintenance approach helpful.

    1. There is no expiry for the balance on your packs, so you can use the sessions over whatever duration of time suits your care. Bear in mind, however, that if it has been over 6 months since your last session, the Reactivation Policy will still apply, so there may be a supplementary charge in that instance.

      eg. It has been a year since your most recent visit. When resuming your care, we need to carry out a longer Re-Assessment visit (£62). You still have sessions left from a Pack of 12. The supplementary cost would be £20.50 for that visit (62 - 41.5).

    2. If you change your mind or are unable to use your remaining sessions after using some portion of your pack, you may either transfer the balance to a friend or family member, or receive a refund. In the case of a refund, the amount to be refunded will be calculated in the following way:

      Pack Cost - (Number of sessions used x PAYG Rate) = Refund Amount

      eg. If you purchased a Pack of 8, and request a refund after using three sessions, you will receive a refund of £216 ( 360 - (3 x 48) ).

      In other words, the effective cost will be the same as if you had simply opted to pay as you go from the outset.
